HEARTLAND YOUTH VILLAGE
Heartland Youth Village is a 24-bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF II) located in Bardstown, Kentucky. HYV offers psychiatric, behavioral, and substance abuse treatment services to residents ages 8-17, both male and female.
HYV is Residential, which means we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A staff member is available at all times to ensure the safety of the residents and implement the plan of care.
Heartland Youth Village’s Child Crisis Stabilization Unit (CCSU) is an 8 bed alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. HYV's CCSU is available to children ages 8-17 who reside whining one-hundred-mile radius of Bardstown, Kentucky. Any exceptions are to the discretion of the CEO and Program Director/Therapist.
Services Offered for CCSU Psychiatric medical assessment, crisis assessment, support and Intervention, Individual, group and family counseling, discharge planning to include crisis prevention and referral to appropriate recovery/aftercare resources.
